Grate for CEB Press
Grate uses:
- 1/4" x 2" x 2" Steel Angle
- 1/4" x 2" Steel Flat
- 3/4" Nuts and Bolts
Grate Long Angle: 72" length x2
Grate Short Angle: 26.5" length x2 (Short Angles fit inside Long Angles)
Grate Short Flat Length: 26.5" (Spaced 2" apart, 68" opening length to cover, hence quantity is 34-1=33 pieces, total length is 33*26.5"=874.5"=73') it may turn out to be only 32 needed due to tolerances.
Grate Long Flat Length: 65"
Grate Holes Along Short Angle Side: 9", 18" (13/16" or 20mm dia)
Grate Holes Along Long Angle Side: 26", 46" (13/16" or 20mm dia)
No grate holes necessary along long angle top because the deflectors can be mounted with the long angle side holes.
Grate Deflectors for CEB Press
Grate deflectors use:
- 1/8" thick steel sheet
- 1/4" x 2" x 2" steel angle
Short deflector sheet: 27" x 14" (x2)
Holes near bottom 27" edge: 9", 18" (13/16" dia)
Long deflector angle: 6' long
Holes near bottom 6' edge: 26", 46" (13/16" dia)
Long deflector sheet: 36" x 9" (x2)
Grate Hinges for CEB Press
Revision: back hinge has 1/2" x 6" x 30" steel flat
Grate Hinges use:
- 1/4" x 2" Steel Flat
- 1/2" x 3" Steel Flat
- 1/2" x 6" Steel Flat
- Steel Piano Hinges
Piano Hinge: 16" long (x2)
Thin Hinge Flat: 24" (x2)
Centered Holes along 24": 2", 22" (24mm dia)
Thick Hinge Flat: 30" long (x2, one for front hinge is 3" wide and one for back hinge is 6" wide)
Holes along top of 30" edge: 1.5", 28.5" (24mm dia)
