According to Compressed Earth Blocks - Volume II. Manual of design and construction (GTZ, 1995, 148 p.), the wet compressive stregth of CEB blocks is between 1-4 MPa, or about 150-600 psi.

This source states that CEBs have been tested at 700 psi right after production.

Here are some data points for soils from Factor e Farm - 700+ on unstabilized and 1200 on stabilized reject limestone bricks:
