- Follows the OSE Build Cost compared to Industry Standards with build cost 3x the materials cost. If materials are $60k for 1300 sf and $120k for 2600 sf. Here build cost is $390k compared to $360k using the Build Cost Formula
- Note that build cost (materials+labor only) is about half the sale price.
