Basics

- TIG stands for Tungsten Inert Gas

- Uses a permanent tungsten electrode, and a cone of sheild gas to melt the material. The user also holds a flux rod and manually dabs the weld area

- It offers the highest control, range of materials, and quality; It also offers the highest pricetag sadly
