Update of RotoKnitic v19.01

Goals

• Simplify connections between mounting plates
  • Replace CKp8d.scad with a simple bolt and cylinderical spacer
• rotate mounting position of bearing rollers to allow for more space near stepper
• accomidate geared stepper motor with offset shaft position
• change the shape of CKc6.scad from a circle to match CKc1.scad's shape
• make number of needles divisible by 4 if possible to help with starting weight
