One critical point here is understanding the Time scale of human regeneration from physical damage. This means the time it takes for human tissues to regenerate themselves. This time scale is days for skin, months for muscle, 7 years for bone, and longer for nerve tissue. And these timescales can probably be increased or slowed down.
