Infrastructure in civilization which enables and cultuvates abundance-based human relations and economics. The infrastructure definition is broad. It includes the way people interact with one another, it includes the built environment, educational institutions, and other institutions and sectors such as legal, manufacturing, healthcare, spirituality, and others.

Human behavior is largely flexible and humans have high flexibility of nature - such as behavior, belief, etc spanning the full realm of good and evil. Genetics make us human (as opposed to insects or orangutans etc), but epigenetics and the environment elicit our tactical behavior. Given the importance of the environment or infrastructure within which humans live, perhaps the single most effective approach to the creation of a post-scarcity world is to create abundance infrastructure in an intentional way.

Such positive infrastructure can be created by cultivating positive psychology, democratic infrastructures, Open Sector enterprise, a healthy built environment, and respect for the natural environment.
