About
Within the formal Main, Builder, and Enterprise Tracks of the Future Builders Academy apprenticeship program, we set work-study pay based on competency. Further, students can choose additional days of work to generate more resources as needed. We have weekends off (except for Builder Crash Course sessions) - and recommend a minimum of one day off each week - but students may choose to work on Saturday if needed.
Students use the RLF to execute build tasks. Students also participate in upgrading and creating modules for the RLF. Modules are as-built units for the Seed Eco-Homes - linking learning directly to economically significant production. Skills are learned at different levels of competency in the build process - from worker to executive.
