Regional Building Code Differences

To facilitate widespread adoption, and to increase public safety, the seed Eco-Home (possibly in some future version) should be built to some of the most rigorous standards, such as those of Miami-Dade County, Florida. This should be done so that a Seed Eco-Home can be built anywhere with little to no concern over regional building code differences. This could be done primarily by so called "hurricane/tornado clips" which firmly secure the roof to the rest of the home, as well as an open source hurricane shutter design.
