OSE Culture Guidelines
(Redirected from Open Culture Guidelines)
Radical openness may be controversial at times, as people are culturally not used to working openly. These are our thoughts:
- Issue: It is ok to share what team members are working on under all circumstances. Challenges: This means that others can copy and beat us. Solution: Innovation culture. If someone can copy and beat us, they should. Then we move on to further innovation. We encourage the copiers to collaborate, and we mildly coerce them to give back via an open license containing a viral sharing clause.
