Within the formal Main, Builder, and Enterprise Tracks of the Future Builders Academy apprenticeship program, we set pay based on competency.

Students use the RLF to execute build tasks. Students also participate in upgrading and creating modules for the RLF. Modules are as-built units for the Seed Eco-Homes - linking learning directly to economically significant production. Skills are learned at different levels of competency in the build process - from worker to executive.
