This is the second power cube being mounted on LifeTrac 6 - Sep 24, 2013.
Using cutting stops, it takes 40 minutes to cut with torch and grind edges of 12 Power Cube frame members, 32", 40", 48" long - out of 10' stock sections.
(15 sec = 40 minutes on time lapse every 5 seconds)
Then you build the frame around a 27 hp Power Cube:
(1 hour 15 minutes)
(45 minutes. Most of the 2 hours was spent on shifting tubes and figuring out bolt pattern in real life. Expected build time (inserting and mounting 24 bolts, plus 8 bolts for stabilizing plates for Power Cube) once procedure is set is under 1 hour.)
Then you bring the tractor in:
(1 hour 6 minutes - included remounting loose power cube (1) on LT 6, replacing 2 bolts on the LT 6 power cube compartment, and replacing 4 bolts on the Power Cube (2) - to remove bolt conflicts)
And mount the Power Cube on the tractor:
(about 15 minutes to shake bolts around into holes so they align - 4 bolts, 1"x6" long - were used to mount the frame on.)
