Hi Marcin
We found these 2 templates.
The first one covers all the "headings" we think should be in agreement like: logistics, fees, cancellation policy etc.

Then, the second agreement (Attached) deals with IP Issues. It is probably not how you would word it but it serves as a reminder to address it in the agreement.
Some general terms we think you would need to include are:
1. Background on OSE 2. Why you have approached the colleges 3. The purpose of your speaking recruitment (to recruit students for the farm) 4. Benefits to the students and the colleges 5. Requirements of students once they are at the farm 6. What are the responsibilities of OSE when the students are on the farm
Pt 5 and 6 should be a separate agreement between OSE and the student but the colleges should have an understanding of what is expected of their students and how you will manage and take care of them.
Hope this helps,
Regards
Karen, Aneen and Wendy
