Resource Development will consist of accepting assistance from various interested parties who offer their services to OSE based on cultural and mission alignment.
The strategy is that a professional resource developer may not necessarily be the best culture fit - as only individuals who embody the organizational culture (see OSE Character Stand and Promise) are well-positioned to represent the organization properly.
The challenge is, therefore, finding savvy, culturally-aligned people who are hire-able and who can close deals.
The solution is finding culturally aligned individuals interested in joint projects and programs.
