Start
Started with a $500 lathe, Prentiss Tools, 1950s - we converted it to hydraulic drive.
We ran it first on a MicroCube - 1 hp hydraulic, electric power unit.
Then got it converted to the 27hp power cube running on idle.
Lathe Drive - PTO Hydraulic Motor Drive
Distance in loose position - 8" - 11". If smallest driven wheel is 5.5" and next is 8", then a 36" belt should fit both.
Using 6-spline PTO motor for power.
