Broke cleaning + organizing tasks into distinct work shifts [1]. Extreme summer partipants will be delegated 3 hours worth of work shifts a week.

Researched 15 person vans, emailed and called sellers found online.

Updated hospitality manual presentation. Added sections about food preparation and purchasing [2].

Organized airport pickups [3]

Discussed room assignments [5], purchasing new oven and finding a van for 15 people.

Prepared rooms for Extreme Summer participants' arrivals.
