Requirement
- 1' wide stem wall
- Shallow insulated footer
- 2"x10" forms
- Stands 1-2" above floor
- Includes concrete pad for Hydronic Stove and for bathroom
- Provision must be made that CEB walls do not risk water damage in the event of house flooding via water leaks
- Foundation plan facilitates installation of CEB floor
