The greatest assets that any open source project has is its community. That is the fuel that sustains its progress and contributes to crowd innovation.

OSE's goal is to develop a dynamic community of contributors who collectively demonstrate that innovation can be accelerated to a rate exceeding any development processes known today. This is because we want to solve pressing world issues by distributing open source blueprints and open source enterprises worldwide. The best way to predict the future - is to invent it.

For effective community building, onboarding, culturing, educating, developing work teams, developing rapid collaborative development techniques, and developing rapid build techniques. For continuity, we are concerned about livelihoods being created from OSE's work - hence our focus on education and effective production.

Our mental model is that skills and knowledge are the most potent form of empowerment which can create the open source economy. In such a model, we favor distributed, voluntary development - where the reward comes from product designs and enterprises that the entire world can benefit from.
