- 250mpg - Urba Centurion - 17 hp, top speed 65 mph. The amazing part is teh top speed, at 17 hp. Weight is 1200 lb - [1]. These results are questionable - original plans claim a top speed of 55 and 40 mpg under real driving conditions, as the 128 mpg applies to 35 mph only. [2]

- Conclusion - reduce weight to 800 lb, reduce width by tandem design, and on 27 hp get 100 mpg with 70 mpg top speed.
