VLC won't play DVD movies

Need to install:

Installed and P90X3 does not show up on file system, nor does VLC see anything to open.

Search for 16.04 - other howtos on installing video codecs did not work

-to install libdvdcss2 library, that is not included in offical repos due to legal reasons. Now all DVD movies should play like a charm.
