Talk:Lost Foam Casting

I have heard about this being done with PLA 3D Prints instead of foam. It may be slightly less effective than foam though. What if we used a D3D CNC Mill to mill some polystyrine then put that in the green sand, and pour the metal maybe? Just some thoughts.
