OSE Fellows are individuals who take the OSE immersion training program. Immersion training is starting in September of 2018 with our [[1 Month Immersion Training]].
 
The sequencing to the Fellows program has involved [[Dedicated Project Visits]], summer internships, and is now being extended in the [[Entrepreneur in Residence]] program. The culmination is a 2-4 year immersion education for those pursing existence as a Farmer Scientist or [[Integrated Human]] and steward of resources.
