should we label products disginating what stage a settlement would be in to use the plan, for example. if they dont have a lathe or metal making abilities they'd be in an outside source stage still. so plans for things could be labled colony or something. but if a settlement was more advanced and could make some parts maybe it would corospond do some sort of machining level they are capable of. or just wha tmachines would eb required to make a design i guess would be all you'd need. -dorkmo
