OSE Case

For OSE, the OSE Fellowship is a merit-based, paid opportunity to do something exceptional. The OSE Fellowship is an entry level, full-time engagement with OSE. Fellowship status is granted after completion of immersion training programs. OSE Fellows may be selected to the Senior OSE Fellow position after 2 years with OSE. After a successful track record as Senior OSE Fellows, candidates may pursue the track of Open Source Ecologists - or movement entrepreneurs who build model campuses based on open source economics.

The goal of the OSE Fellows program is to cultivate emerging leaders and changemakers in the field of open source economic development - towards the creation of the open source economy.
