3D printing allows for printing of complex geometry which is impossible to do with subtractive Manufacturing. For example bubble foam structure can be printed, with entrained air content. This lends itself to the production of pneumatic tires. If there are many small air Chambers, they can compress and function like normal range bber tires.

The specific geometry hat could make tbs work for tires for heavy machnery is to be determined.
