Open Source Ecology has applied for tax exempt status (section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code) from the United States Internal Revenue Service. Tax-exempt status was applied for in August 2012 and will be retroactive back to the date of creation of the Corporation: April 09, 2012.
Past Fiscal Sponsorship from 2011-2013
While we await approval of our 501(c)3 application to the IRS, we have a fiscal sponsorship agreement with The Terra Foundation:
