A bug tracker is an official list of issues to be resolved - any issues that the development team is aware of or has thought about as useful improvements. These are knowns as known bugs, but other unknown bugs may also exist.
Until a bug tracker is installed, please use Review Form to report bugs.
Software for bug tracking should be included for each project.
