Concept
Having a cluster of machines ready for swag production requires production engineering for flexible machine use. Thus, developing such non-dedicated machines would require significant dedicated development effort.
Swappable tool holders and jigs would need to be used.
Small Laser-Related
This helps market the OSE product ecologies - namely, a functional laser engraver/cutter.
- Laser engraved, and laser cut out OSE logo sticker, which also goes on our products as 100% open source.
Notes: a small laser would also be able to cut out or etch shapes on workpieces - instead of manual marking. For example, for steel cutting with manual torch.
3D Printed
- Magnet with smooth side having the OSE laser engraved label
- OSE Fridge magnet (with internal magnet), in 2-color 3D printing
CNC Milled
- From thin aluminum using existing CNC circuit mill
- Can use existing Marlin firmware including leveling
