  • 3D Printing lends itself well to producing 3D lattices, such as the 3D Printed Chair example of designer chairs. For example, a large lattice could produce the structure as in [1], while a microlattice (5 mm size or so) can produce the top of that chair from thermoplastic elastomer, effectively allowing for a cushioned seat. This could look beautiful.
  • This is where Blender may come in to do intricate 3D curves, or better yet, a workbench in FreeCAD could provide these
