Basics

• Part of the Open Source Construction Equipment Construction Set
• Uses Soil Cement, or some sort of water soluable polymer to bind soil together
• This can be either to reduce dust on dirt roads/parking lots, or to make pseudo-paved roads/parking lots
• Similar to a water truck, but possibly with different nozzles and pump(s)
