Grenada

Basics

• Country off the Coast of Venezuela
• Roughly in between "Trinidad and Tobago" and "St Vincent and the Grenadines"
• Economy is mainly agriculture, tourism, and medical education
• According to wikipedia it is the 79th poorest country out of 187 in the 2018 IMF Report (See This Wikipedia Page )
• Not the worst off in the world, but could definetly use help in parts
• It's large agricultural sector, it's airport, and it's close proximity to the USA make it a great cantidate for a Civilization Construction Program

Needs

• Reliable, Self Sufficient, Fresh Potable Water
• Sanitation Networks
• Electricity
• Communications Networks
• Argricultural Equipment
• Construction + Manufacturing Equipment
• Overall Self Sufficiency (IE Far Less Imports)

Civilization Construction Program

Phase One

1. PR Campaign for Public Awareness/Support, and a Kickstarter (or other crowdsourcing) Campaign for funds + additional awareness (Also Co-Operation with goverment may help further via funds, advice, and support)
2. Add a replication of the basic premise of the OSE Campus
3. Help Build Local Businesses + Farmers with advice and training/education, much like an extensions office
4. Build Machines + Housing/Buildings + Basic Infastructure for Public
5. Transition to building machines for businesses to keep project self sufficient
