DMX

Basics

• A standard for controlling lights, and stage equipment (smoke machines etc)
• Can also be used for controlling home lights precicely
• Controllable via DMX Control Boards or DMX Control Software
• You have a possible of 512 DMX Channels or variable values (Such as Brightness, Direction of a Moving Head, etc) per universe, and infinetly many universes
• It can be manually controled or programmed
• It is carried over XLR Cables (3 or 5 pin), RJ45 Cables, or wireless options
