Basics
- An abbreviation for Polyphenylene sulfide
- Is useful for it's high melting point (~218 C) and it's resistance to acids, alkalies, mildew, bleaches, aging, sunlight, and abrasion
- It is useful in coatings seals and membranes for the aforementioned reasons
