Basics
- Concrete made with at least some portion of Portland cement particles that are no greater than 100 μm and particles of silica no greater than 500 μm
- Is supposedly made by HEM or high energy mixing which uses Concrete Mixing Energy greater than the [Usual Levels
- The wikipedia page has some data, but more research must be referenced to be sure as to what specific energies uses
- Can be Applied to Any Other Concrete Method (ie reinforced, compacted, foamed)
