Basics

  • A Byproduct of Lumber/Logging
  • Sort of in between sawdust and wood chips
  • Essentially large shavings, bark, and other organic debris from logging + processing of lumber
  • Was a waste product but can be used as is, or pellitized
  • Makes good fuel (in pellets or as is), can be used for Rayon, and Cellulose Acetate, and can be composted or carbonized
  • Can be used as is for Mulch
