• I am betting a large componet of the cost is the industrial 3 phase motor, gearbox/couplings, and perhaps circuitry
• The most OSE "do-able" is the motor, we have some work on motors in the work, and if combined with either a 3d printed and post processed, or perhaps 3D Print to Metal Workflow based gearbox that componet could be cheaper
• OCI for the electronics perhaps? Not sure on savings, but it may
• Labor (if buing premade) is also a large componet of the cost. (CNC Cut parts (blades etc) for cheap?)
