Basics

• Communication channels used for OSE members and OSE Developers to discuss in depth topics
• Some are scheduled meetings, others are Always on Real Time Communications Always on Real Time Chat ( to do decide what fits better (or use both) )

• Weekly meeting:
  • Dev Team Meeting
• Did the daily "check in" ever develop and happen/get scheduled?
• Marketing Team Meeting fridays after the dev team meeting?

Real Time, Always On

• OSE Discord Channel
• OSE Slack Channel
• It helps to have the web/mobile app for these to get notifications when not in use (ie when doing other work, not using it or lurking etc), and to make it less intrusive (ie no browser tabs needed)
