Basics

Soap with charcoal coarse powder added
Has become very popular in recent years.
It has a mildly exfoliating effect (genuine utility)
- and cures all known and unknow diseases via the magical poweres of detox! (marketing/snakeoil utility)
Will be a common source of non-plastic abrasive for exfoliating soap, thus no microplastic though which is great.
Also easier to source than specific biomass (shells, fruit pits etc)
