*If I'm an advocate - it improves all other products.

*Get them to articulate their unawareness of uncollaboration.
*Once we know from 3-4 rock stars - why they don't collaborate.
*They don't know they have a problem.
*If it's ego, then we can solve for that.
*If not interested - find something they are interested in.
