Latest revision as of 03:32, 8 July 2020
- Uses 3D printed base for locating components and eliminating unique parts
- Uses Universal Axis v20.07 for bed instead of specialized pieces
- Includes heated bed, nichrome
- Bed axis - UA with separate mounts located with thread-in bolts
- Z axis - recessed Z motor, possibly plain Z axis
- Enclosable in a chamber for pseudo high temp materials
Points to Develop
- Can z base be integrated with bed?
- Can interface piece be used on Z to X to eliminate specialized piece, which is difficult to print? Or forget about complexity and do a dedicated Z to X
