This page aims to determine the towing capacity produced by the average person on an average bike

Mainly used to determine the reasonable capacity of a non-dedicated cargo bike setup (ie a trailer etc)
According to this 15km/hr seems like a reasonable "cruisning speed" with a bit of variation
