Reversing the enterprise is turning something that you would otherwise pay for into a revenue stream. Examples are:
- Reverse labor cost by offering training, where participants contribute effort in the process of practicing to build something.
- Reverse development cost by people signing up for Extreme Enterprise events - where participation cost funds the development.
