Role Architecture
- Phase 1 - Before - Prep until Launch.
- Phase 2 - During - Recruiting until Extreme Enterprise Hackathon participation + On-Site Training. Delivery of training package for Enterprise Opportunity. Extra features of Enterprise include collaboration for the Hackathon, immersion Hands-on, 1 week for the Enterprise Track. That could probably require more people - at a conference center somewhere.
- Phase 3 - After - House Delivery. Pilots and bulk of delivery.
