Hello,

We would like to get a quote for a 1000 sf concrete slab for a residential building located in Maysville, MO:

1. 4" thick 2. 18" deep footer. Use mudsill anchors (https://www.fastenersplus.com/Simpson-MASAZ-Mudsill-Anchor-For-Standard-Forms-Zmax-Finish) for sill plate. 3. Please provide a quote for a single slab, 32x32 feet, and one which is 2 slabs of 16x32 feet separated by 16 feet, where the separation does not have a slab. We are deciding between these two floor plans - one building vs. a building with 2 wings 4. Includes site grading and prep 5. Includes insulation for a frost protected shallow foundation (see diagram attached), buried and graded at the end 6. Includes concrete finish to a textured and shiny final finish walking surface (this will be the actual floor that we walk on)

We would like to do the pour on the week of October 26, 2020.

Please provide a full quote that includes everything including labor and materials.

Thanks, Marcin
