OSE proposes these elements of a prosperous city state:
- Flat tax - remove all loopholes.
- Energy - renewable energy
- Military - no standing armies. Like Switzerland.
- Education - similar to Acton Academy
- Money - backed by valuable assets, and not meaningless
- Freedom - no regulations against anything, only regulations for
