Basics

  • This is one of the big issues with large land developments that must be managed
  • You are essentially going from dirt/plants to Buildings and a parking lot
  • Thus all of the rainwater that lands on that surface area must be re-routed in a controlled manner to reduce Soil Erosion, prevent flooding, and prevent Water Pollution
