Basics
- A term for how at the beginning of Stormwater flow the Pollutants will be at a much higher concentration
- Especially if it is just minor surface contamination, and particulate matter, you can use a First Flush Diverter to seperate the "dirty water" from the clean rainwater
- This is mainly relevant to Rainwater Harvesting, but in certain Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems it may be utilized as well (See Stormwater Harvesting )
