Basics

  • Often abbreviated as FIBC
  • Also often called by the brand name "Big Bag"
  • Essentially just a large, square, flexible bag
  • Useful for holding dry, flowable products
  • ALSO can be used in a similar role to Sand Bags (HESCO Barrier, is essentially this, with an additional metal mesh on the outside)
  • Usually ~115 cm^2 Wide and anywhere from 100-200cm tall
  • Usually rated for ~1,000 kg
