Basics
- Similar to Competitive Waste, but by accident
- Occurs due to poor networking between groups

- Another example are slightly similar pages on OSE wiki that are different enough they can evade a quick search for keywords, thus two pages are made, wasting time, and perhaps missing information, and other perspectives
