Learning how we learn. Principles:
- Putting words within the pictures they describe
- Conversational writing style - it's like being engaged with another person, as opposed to listening to a dry lecture
- Pictures say 1024 words
- Redundancy - say things in many different ways.
- Humor, surprise, interest. Do creative, unforgettable things.
- Include activities and practice
